It was while traveling that Rachel first encountered her love of yoga. After leaving a stressful job for a year-long adventure in New Zealand, she began seeking a stronger body and calmer mind through a practice of yoga and meditation. Often practicing outside, the connection to nature was freeing and inspiring. With this connection came newfound space in her life, with room for more peace, compassion, and joy.
Now, Rachel practices the yoga of motherhood. The yoga of partnership. The yoga of existing in a wild world. She doesn’t always find her way to a mat and a class, but she does deep-breathing at red lights, pursues discomfort by cold plunging, flexes her presence muscles by paying attention to every delicious bite, and seeks balance and connection moment-to-moment.
Providing opportunities for people to feel seen and heard, and to experience connection, vibrancy, and presence are Rachel’s most potent times. She compassionately welcomes people just as they are and offers inquiries to help people get clear about how they want their lives to feel. Most frequently this happens through individual coaching and group circles.
